Maintenance stop 2019
For our yearly maintenance stop, our plant will be closed as from 4 November 2019. We expect to be fully operational again by 18 November 2019 at the latest.
To anticipate this production outage we ask you to cooperate by taking the following actions:
- Please send in your orders to be delivered during the maintenance period to the customer service office at firstname.lastname@example.org before 1 October 2019.
- Based on the orders received, we will maximize production in the weeks before the maintenance stop and will place your order in stock.
- Take into account that the maintenance stop can also have an effect on orders to be delivered shortly after the maintenance stop. Especially new and last-minute orders will be challenging during this period.
If you have any questions about the maintenance stop, please do not hesitate to contact us.
