Rob has been Operations Director with Synres since 2008, and is currently responsible for customer service, purchasing, manufacturing and logistics. Rob’s top priority is safety in all aspects of all areas of Operations, abiding by the industry’s strictest regulations (BRZO or SEVESO-2), “investing a great deal of time and money to ensure absolutely zero results”- zero safety incidents. Rob has immense pride in his work, and in being part of the team who “brought Synres home”, returning it to its origins as an independent company. From an Operations perspective, this also involves moving from being a cost-driver to a value-adder, an important shift of perspective that enables even sharper customer focus.
